Pre-ordering Bond UMG Deluxe involves the following steps:
• You choose the body color and other options using the form below
• We send your preorder documents to the provided email address
• A prepayment amount needed to start the build is 50% of the total cost
• Production of a deluxe model takes approximately three months
• We make photos and short demo of your guitar and ship it after full payment
The deluxe version of Bond UMG features premium materials and components. The neck is made of radial cut hard maple and the body is made of select European alder with ash center piece. Hipshot USA bridge and locking tuners are used for this model. The instrument will be properly shipped in the original gigbag or case, and the tone longevity will be ensured by Elixir Optiweb strings. Bond UMG Deluxe costs 2,170 EUR in the basic configuration. Which color do you prefer?
By default, our production models are available in two colors – Matt Black and Electric Blue. Also, you can order other colors provided by Bond Guitars palette or choose a custom color.
Bond UMG Deluxe was developed together with the modern metal community, considering demands and requirements expressed by guitarists. This guitar has a recognizable appearance and a powerful sound. It was created to make great music and draw as much attention onstage as possible.
The body of the guitar is designed to be highly ergonomic and allow comfortable access to the upper frets. Its design includes a central piece under the strings made of hard ash and side parts made of selected alder. This combination allows you to significantly improve the tonal characteristics of the guitar and get a more focused tone in low tunings.
The neck of Bond UMG Deluxe is made of solid radial cut maple and reinforced with a reliable double-action truss rod system. The neck and headstock are painted to match the body, and the fretboard can be made from Indian rosewood, European sycamore or Richlite material to choose from. Hipshot USA exposed locking tuners and fixed bridge will make this guitar stand out on stage. Tuners are recessed into the front surface of the headstock on the front side. Together with optimal string tension, this gives the guitar a stable tuning and an authentic tonal flavor.
Bond UMG Deluxe has a number of interesting features. The scale dimensions are slightly larger than the standard one and measure 25.75 inches. This allows you to optimize the string tension in both standard and lowered tunings of the guitar. The guitar has a full two-octave neck with 24 wide and high frets from Jescar USA and is equipped with a GraphTech TUSQ XL nut.
The pickups in the Bond UMG are Bond Guitars branded pickups, which have a powerful output signal and a modern tone. Also, there is an option to install handcrafted Bare Knuckle Pickups Brute Force humbuckers with ceramic magnets. The conceptual characteristic of Bond UMG is its reliability. Therefore, the electronics of this guitar are based on the Dunlop Superpot everlasting potentiometer, which is guaranteed for more than 7 million cycles by the manufacturer, and the premium Pure Tone output jack.
The guitar has the signature Bond Guitars finish. The traditional nitro paint is covered with a textured acrylic coating that protects the guitar from sunlight, dirt, dust and scratches. Such a coating minimally affects the sound, but at the same time the guitar always looks neat and tidy. It is almost impossible to leave fingerprints on this finish.
