The neck and fingerboard in Bond Star Deluxe are made of American roasted flame maple. Hipshot open-gear locking tuners look simply stunning. The two-octave fingerboard in Bond Star model holds 24 Jumbo n.s. frets manufactured by Jescar USA. The nut is GraphTech TUSQ XL. Original Bond fret markers are located simultaneously on the front and side planes of the guitar fingerboard. The neck is attached to the body with four separate ferrules.
The guitar body has two original horns and a high mass fixed bridge by Hipshot, which adds a lot of sustain and tone. A set of high-quality Seymour Duncan SH2-N & TB-4 pickups with powerful Alnico V magnets, CTS potentiometers with Orange Drop capacitor and Pure Tone output jack complement the top-notch quality. This guitar has a coil-split mod for each pickup based on separate mini-switches.
